What rejuvenation does
Shingle Hero applies a plant-based, soy-derived formula that restores pliability and flexibility to dried-out asphalt shingles. The visit includes inspection, soft-wash cleaning, plant protection, application and a walkthrough. There is no tear-off. Treated roofs get a written 5-year transferable warranty covering pliability, flexibility and cleanliness, plus a Certified Life Letter. Qualifying roofs also get an extra 5 years of roof life. Since 2018 our crews have treated more than 1,000 roofs.
When replacement is the right call
- The roof is leaking and water has reached the decking.
- Shingles are cracked, curled or missing across large areas.
- More than 20% of the granules are gone.
- The deck or structure is damaged.
- It is a tile or metal roof (not a rejuvenation candidate).
Storm and hail damage are excluded from the rejuvenation warranty, so any damage is documented and handled first.
