After years in the exterior cleaning industry, we kept meeting Tampa homeowners with the same problem: a roof that still had life in it, being sold a $15,000–$25,000 replacement they didn’t need yet.
Meanwhile the chlorine-based “cleanings” the industry was selling were killing landscaping and stripping shingle granules. Everyone was getting shortchanged: the homeowner, the roof, the yard, the planet.
We wanted a better answer: something that extendedthe roof instead of shortening it, something safe for the things living around it. That’s how the Shingle Hero system was born: three products (Neutralite, Plant Hero, Shingle Hero), a 5-step certified process, and a real 5-year written warranty.
